Children have the right to get a good education according best interests of child. Formal schools various obstacles that cause be not optimally fulfilled. For this reason, alternatives are needed fulfill children's education. Homeschooling is an informal path increasingly being chosen by parents. Even though legality homeschooling has been recognized equally with formal education, attention must paid fulfillment in homeschooling. This because realm parents which almost absolute, and then system learning supervision different from other educational pathways, so further research on how regulated within national framework, whether can In article it will found Indonesia still weak.
